*BOARDING PICK-UP & DROP-OFF HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10:00 am & 4:00 pm Please plan accordingly to arrive for your pet’s drop-off or pick-up between these hours unless otherwise approved by management.

*Clinic is appointment-based with the ability to take walk-in appointments depending on schedule and the Doctor’s availability.

*Penny Paws Animal Clinic Desoto is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving advance notice or misses an appointment, they prevent another patient from being seen. For this reason, Penny Paws Animal Clinic Desoto has instituted a cancellation policy & Deposit Policy:

 

• All in-clinic appointments can now be scheduled without paying a deposit; however, cancellation without providing a full 24-hour notice or a no-show may result in a deposit being required for all future appointments.
• All surgery appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation without providing a full 24-hour notice or a no-show will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
• Please arrive at your appointment 5 -10 minutes early to ensure being seen on time, as we do not have grace periods.
• If you are not present at the time of your appointment, you may be charged an additional fee to be worked in (subject to the clinic having the availability to see a work-in appointment).
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and Scratch Loans.
